The ongoing study delves into the significant role of E-Learning in higher education. However, in Pakistan, E-Learning is grappling with domestic issues of inequality in terms of access and educational standards. It is indisputable that Pakistan showcases substantial disparities within its education system. The quality of education in Pakistan is predominantly evaluated based on the financial resources allocated for enrollment and fee structure. Additionally, remote areas and small towns in Pakistan are excluded from prestigious educational institutions. As a developing nation, Pakistan has made significant efforts to close this gap through distance E-Learning, breaking the cycle of social inequality and offering equal educational opportunities regardless of social status through affordable tuition fees and high-quality teaching. Data on enrollment patterns, professor profiles, and the income of guardians/students were gathered from the IT Department of Bahuddin Zakariya University for testing and analysis. Descriptive statistics and T-Tests were utilized for data analysis, leading to the conclusion that the E-Learning system in Pakistan does not perpetuate inequality.
